C Project Question

Hello I have a C intermediate level question, it deals with 2d arrays and functions and reading data from a text file. It’s about 160 lines of code. You will need to make 8 different functions and 2 parallel arrays that store text from a text file. I have all the instructions you need. Also you can only use certain lines of code, no advanced code besides what I have learned. I will send you all the code you can use.
