Situational Analysis – Describe the PROBLEM related to informatics at the workplace (or as depicted nowadays). The problematic workflow or system processes must be illustrated, e.g., cybersecurity, telehealth, etc.
Workflow Requirements – Based on the role/s of nurse informaticists in this project (See pp. 144-145 of the attached textbook) for the workflow/processes to improve.
Architecture/App Alternatives – Describe how your proposed solution/s can work or is/are expected to optimize current technologies. You may contextualize the solution/s you are thinking either using the “Waterfall Model” (pp. 194-195 of the attached textbook) or “Rapid Prototyping, or Rapid Application Development” (pp. 196-197 of the attached textbook).
