You are to select a current event compliance violation (current within the last 3 years) you may use contemporary articles, videos, scholarly articles etc that discusses a NCAA violation by an institution, administrator, coach or student-athlete to review. The review will briefly describe the factual situation, identify the NCAA rule(s) violated, discuss the procedural aspects of the factual situation and discuss the resolution, penalty and impact on the institution, administrator, coach or student-athlete. The student should give their opinion on how the rule was interpreted and enforced.
