This assignment is designed to help you translate what you read this week into action, as both a more active reader and a more attentive writer of scientific information.
Before you can work on this reflection, you must complete the Module 2: Pre-Assignment Activity. Once that is done, you will write a short paper (the length and specific details are listed below). Reflect on:
What did you learn by doing the pre-assignment activity? Which method(s) did you find most helpful in understanding the sample paper? Which method(s) might you try to employ in your own writing?
What “story” structure do you find most compelling, as a general reader? Why? How might this preference influence your own behavior as a scientific reader and writer?
What is APA style and why is it useful? Describe at least 3 key components of APA citation formatting.
