Laughter can release endorphins that promote a sense of well-being. However, one must be careful in using humor, especially when communicating with people whose primary language is different or who are from a different culture. For example, jokes may seem funny only when used within a particular culture; they may be offensive to, or not be understood by people of a different culture (Koernig & Hayes, 2011).
Conclusion
Do not forget to include a conclusion that ties your ideas together and supports your original thesis statement included in your introduction. Consider restating your thesis and indicating why you have concluded your review of your topic(s).
