Written Assignment Module 5 (APN Interview)
Interview an APN about their roles, transition, and the role development phases that they have experienced. Identify their current role in the organization that they work for. Ask for specific descriptions of specific situations at different points in their practice. For example, discuss a problem when they first began practicing in an APN role, another at six months, another at one year, and so on. Compare these descriptions with the role development phases described in the chapter (Novice to Expert). How did they resolve the barriers encountered and what lessons did they learn? Discuss how it related with Chapter 4 Role Transitions, from Novice to Expert (pg. 82 of your book), and the role concepts (pg. 84 of your Book). The interview should be submitted in APA 7th edition. Review writing an interview in APA style.
Assignment should be submitted timely.
For late assignments 5 points will be deducted for each day an assignment is overdue. No assignment will be accepted after 3 days from scheduled due date unless prior arrangements have been made with the faculty prior to the assignment due date.
