The purpose of this assignment is to provide students with the opportunity to work together to create a group DE&I plan based on readings, research and best practices. In teams of four, students will draft a group development plan to improve individuals’ intercultural leadership competencies/ performance. This plan will be informed by the IDI group report, the textbook – Bopaiah, M. (2021). Equity, and scholarly literature. This assignment will be submitted in two parts and should adhere to APA 7th ed.
