Practice doing an observation
Example, let’s say that you believe drivers do not come to a complete stop. Perhaps your house is at a corner of a four way stop. Thus, you might grab a piece of paper, and observe cars coming to the four ways stop. keep track of how many stops and how many roll through the stop sign. Did you prove or not your hypothesis?
Or, perhaps you frequent a coffee shop – what could you observe there? Maybe you can hear the orders and you keep track of how many ingredients are ordered. Perhaps your hypothesis is that people order more than coffee and milk when ordering drinks 90% of the time.
You have time to design a brief observation and conduct it. What did you learn about designing an observation? What was your design, what was your hypothesis and describe your results
Do not interact with any subjects since we are not doing any formal research
