Analysis of Identity and Image
The identity I have for my brand is similar to the image I create with people close to me. My brand is characterized by creativity; I always work to create something to help others. My brand is identified by its identity feature because I like having fun and people close to me also see me as a playful person. Moreover, most people also see my persistent identity based on their description of my image. However, some need clarification on my optimistic nature with stubbornness because they need to understand why I am always working beyond expectations. I do not always communicate my activities and goals to my friends; thus might not understand my unrealistic high objectives. Most people do not understand my behaviors and competencies.
Bridging the Gap
Communicating my ideas and objectives with others is the most effective approach to bridging the gap between my brand identity and the image. Communication will help others understand my actions and behaviors, thus ending the existing confusion. A positive image can be created by letting people know the reasons for my actions. Communicating will help people see me the way I want to present myself. I would also integrate creativity into my activities to remove the image of an outdated brand. I need to work on my temper and change how I react, especially when angry, to remove the image of aggressiveness.
