Compose a 6-7 page MLA format, argumentative essay on a controversial issue that was inspired by Half Broke Horses. We will have a discussion board to work on topics.

The essay needs to take a stance, show both sides, explain common ground, and use credible sources to support the claim. 

The Works Cited page doesn’t count as part of the 6 pages, but it is required.

CSLO #1 Students will construct a 1500-word argumentative essay consisting of an introduction with a clear and concise thesis statement, body paragraphs with topic sentences, and a conclusion with evidence to support the position.
