The HIM department will include functions of assembly, analysis, scanning, coding, cancer registry, transcription, release of information, and birth certificate registration. Using the data provided, you are required to create a personnel report to outline new staff needs and expectations. Then, use characteristics of your personal leadership style to implement the personnel changes.
