I’m appealing for a pay raise and change of my job title from a building maintenance worker to a appliance technician I been doing the job for 3 years now
My bullet points is that 90 percent of my job is working on appliances and I work along side my appliance technician and he is been training me and I deal with most of the appliance work order. We recently had a new hire and he was hired as a plumber helper and had his job title changed to a plumber and he got few dollars more. I want to be in the same paid range. I would like my job title changed from building maintenance worker to an appliance technician
