“Development of the flight schedule is an extremely complex task, not only because of the vast number of variables and possibilities to be considered, but also because of the required trade-offs among revenues, costs, reliability, and constraints.”And…”The schedule is a compromise between flight capacity and frequency. Is it more profitable to operate one 400-seat aircraft twice a day or a 100-seat aircraft eight times per day?”
