As you are reading the book, make notes on the various experiences that the author recounts and relate them to the patient experience topics you have learned about this semester. You will include these examples in your paper.
It may be helpful to structure your paper using the chapter headings from the book, with the examples and your discussion for that chapter provided thereafter. There are many examples to choose from in each chapter! Please make sure you provide the page number along with the example you are discussing.
