In the internship report, the student should:
• describe the assigned task, the pursued procedure and the achieved results in
detail
• outline which approach/es have been taken and why,
• point out if the project has been completed or if it has been developed to a
point at which others could easily take over. In the latter case, the student
should describe what additional steps would have to be taken to finish the task.
• The paper should be typed (12-point font), single-sided, one inch margins.
• A good internship report can easily fill 30 double spaced pages or more.
• The internship report is a written formal communication and should be free
of jargon.
• The internship experience should be correctly outlined and documented.
The internship report should be outlined in the format of a research paper
(abstract, introduction, results, methods, discusion/conclusions, references,
acknowledgements). Graphs and tableS should be embedded in the text and
the manuscript should start with a cover page.
