Describe key variations in verbal and non-verbal cues across cultures and subcultures.
An analysis of the company’s intercultural conflict using Kim’s Model or a culture-based social-ecological conflict model. Describe the conflict resolution and mediation techniques for mutual resolve of a multicultural project team.
