TOPIC: How does Texas get most of its revenue? Discuss some of the arguments both in favor and against of having a state income tax.
The paper will be graded on the following criteria: 1) Quality of argument/summary (36 points)-Does the author support their claims-Is the paper written from mostly an objective standpoint
2) Quality of sources and evidence (23 points)-The paper should include five (5) sources, two (2) out of the five sources should be peer-reviewed -All of the citations listed in the reference page should be mentioned in the text
