The LBI Crisis Management Center received a call from Chemtrec Dispather Matt Harding advising dispatch of a TDI located at a Union Pacific rail yard in Milwaukee Wisconsin. While Union Pacific personnel were moving railcar NATX310309 it was observed about 10 gallons of Ethanol Solutions were spilled. Union Pacific Hazmat Manager Matthew Thompson advised the spill has been contained. Thompson is requesting a call back, but the call back is not urgent. No injuries, exposures or media were reported during this incident.
