2010, three researchers from the Columbia University, Graduate School of Business published a research paper introducing the concept of “Power Posing”. These researchers were Dana R. Carney, Amy J.C. Cuddy, and Andy J. Yap. In 2012, Cuddy delivered a highly viewed TEDtalk (second most popular) on this matter and claimed that  “high-power poses produce power”. Find out as much as you can about their claim using any resources that is available to you. I still prefer you use peer-reviewed and scholarly sources, however, you can complete this assignment using the internet. Summarize your findings in 750 words max! In your report, briefly summarize their research and its results then tell me what you think about their theory. Are they right? Do you agree with what they found? Knowing what you learned in class about the dynamics behind power and authority, do you think this technique will work? What about the replications of this study? How many you could find? Are they confirming or rejecting their theory on power posing?
