Series of Short and Long Answer Questions (some will require references)
Long Answer Question 1 (700 to 1000 words)
Quality Management PrincipleOne of the quality management principles will be chosen and you will be asked to describe what the quality management principle means to you based on your understanding of the principle as set out in the lecture notes
You will have to support your answer with two journal references.
In addition to the text you will also have to present your thoughts in the form of a mind map
Long Answer Question 2 (700 to 1000 words)
Statistical Process Control
Short Answer Questions (200 to 500 words)
There will be a series of short answer questions taken from the topics in the lecture notes
You will be expected to write short answers to each question (about 3 to 4 paragraphs)
The questions will be designed to test your understanding and application of the concepts presented during the lectures
Journal references will not be required
