You must select a case study of your choice. You may use the Meadow Hill Case Study from the Module. You need to prepare a briefing note for the governance board of the client organisation of your case study, as follows: You must provide an introduction to the paper, choose if you are an internal or external project manager to the organisation and explain this through a diagram and short description. Provide a brief overview of the case study. Provide the headline results of the paper (you are NOT required to provide an ‘executive summary’) [10 Marks] The paper needs to set out a preferred procurement approach for the case study project. The paper needs to briefly explain the advantages and disadvantages of the six dominant procurement routes available to construction clients, namely: Traditional, Turnkey, Design and Build, Management Contracting; Construction Management and Partnering/Alliancing. You must then propose ONE procurement approach for your project and explain why you consider this to be the most appropriate for your case study.
