Question 1:
Self-awareness theory suggests that when people focus their attention on themselves, they become more self-conscious and better observers of their own behavior. People are more likely to evaluate and compare their behavior to their own internal standards and values. Hopefully, this course will encourage you to become more self-aware, so that you can better understand how you are seen by others. How might you seek to engender a value of collaboration or other workplace strategies in your workplace, and then how would you encourage employees to use self-awareness to align their behaviors with their values?
