You are your best teacher. So I am not going to inundate you with grammar lessons on passive voice and parallelism. Instead, I am going to ask you to read an article that defines passive voice and how you can avoid it (click here).
Thereafter, I want you to do your own search for learning about passive voice and parallelism. You can use YouTube, Grammar Girl, Google…you pick. Once you think you have learned the concepts.

Look at your own resume and check to see if your resume makes any of these two mistakes and share with what you plan on doing about it. Or if your resume doesn’t reflect these errors, tell us why her list, in your opinion, is something that may turn off resume readers.
