Research the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Disaster that occurred in Japan in 2011. Then, prepare an incident report using the information from Chapter 10 – Brief Reports. Present the facts as objectively as possible and use a memo format heading (to me, from you, date, subject) and include sections that address:

A summary of what happened
A discussion of why it happened
A description of how the situation was handled
A discussion of how the situation could be avoided in the future

Format guidelines to follow:
Use a memo format with 12-point font in Times New Roman typeface
Use 1” margins on the top, bottom, left and right of every page
Double-space between all text lines of the report
Use headings for each section and bullet points or numbering when relevant
Include tables, graphs, and other graphics if appropriate to support and illustrate your written discussion (and include captions for them)
Research at least three sources for background information and include three in-text citations in the report. Do not use Wikipedia.
Reference your sources and in-text citations in APA documentation style at the end of the report
Prepare your document in “Word” and “Attach” it to the submission area.
