Research the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Disaster that occurred in Japan in 2011. Then, prepare an incident report using the information from Chapter 10 – Brief Reports. Present the facts as objectively as possible and use a memo format heading (to me, from you, date, subject) and include sections that address:

Introduction
A summary of what happened
A discussion of why it happened
A description of how the situation was handled
A discussion of how the situation could be avoided in the future
Conclusion
References
Format guidelines to follow:
