Martin Luther King, Jr states “The most dangerous criminal may be the man gifted with reason, but with no morals… intelligence is not enough. Intelligence plus character–that is the goal of true education” A well-rounded education encompasses far more than simply learning a set of curriculum standards. In many cases, a well-educated individual derives a moral compass based on their educational experiences. From a Christian worldview perspective, what should be the purpose of schooling?
