Include your position (answer to the question) in your abstract.
Explain and support your position including at least five key areas (these may be different from your outline). Include the elements noted in the topic description and any other related information you believe is important to substantiate your position. Keep in mind that you are “selling” your position, backing it up with credible and academic research. Substantiation is very important in this position paper.
Format your paper in APA style. Your paper must be a minimum of TEN (10) pages total, using proper APA formatting throughout the whole paper. The paper will include a title page, abstract, and reference page, plus a seven page body. There is no penalty for going over the seven page minimum. You must cite a minimum of (7) seven different sources using scholarly and credible sources. You may use and cite the textbook and other class learning resources, but it does not count as one of your (7) seven required sources.
Review the Grading Rubric so you know exactly what is expected and the grading standards. Also, consider the late paper policy. Late papers will be accepted but a five point late deduction per day will be applied.
Be sure to follow the format requirements detailed in the Syllabus.
