A brief (maximum two pages) and tightly focused around the key question. For any of these the “why” you believe what you’re saying in the paper is as important as the conclusion. I want to understand your reasoning and some level of analysis. I just want you to be able to look at some facts and figures and draw an initial conclusion.
Key question: The RealReal: Was the IPO priced correctly (this gets to the question of valuation)?
