You have been employed as a Security Consultant for a large, UK based NGO that conducts projects worldwide, often in remote and hostile environments. You have been tasked with addressing the current Travel Risk, Journey Management
and Evacuation Planning requirements.Task 1
In this first part of your assignment you are required to produce a detailed analysis on the organisation’s current duty of care practices, identifying any gaps in current process and offering insight into industry best practice. Word Count = 1000-2000 only. More information in the attached filesTask 2
is split into two sections. Firstly, you must produce a Travel Risk Management policy for the organisation (See Annex A and B for organisation details) that explains the process from travel request to travel approval. This must also include an analysis of any in trip support services that may be required.
Secondly, utilising the Country and Regional Risk Assessment provided in Annex C, explain a structured Travel Risk Management approach for safe movement and personal security within that high-risk country, particularly between the two regions of Karachi and Gojra.
