Please view attached documents. The instructions document explains everything in detail. This is a project that has been ongoing and the part to complete is the “health profiles assessment section.” This includes data tables that are already completed for you to analyze the trends and write about accordingly. Also please use the text book, and other relevant scholarly references. I have attached the course textbooks and all the websites that you need to address as well in the writing are in the instructions document. If you need some clarification please let me know. You will be inputing the information in the sections of the paper which equates to at least 5 pages of writing content. Also I put at least 3 references but you can have more if you need.. but not excessively. Thanks!
