So, instead of using SODA, we should go with MODA model. Tips: A strategy table contains a number of columns, each of which represents a particular choice that is part of the overall decision. Within each column are listed the possible options for that choice. Once all of the columns are structured, an alternative is definedby selecting one option in each column. As alternatives are defined in the strategy table, it may be necessary to add new columns or to add options within existing columns to accommodate new alternatives. The strategy table can help refine the set ofalternatives to be evaluated.
