Students will develop a 5–6-page paper (including a title and reference page) in APA format that assesses quality outcomes related to patient care.1. Quality concern on Seizure precaution
2.Taking your chosen quality concern: Identify any professional and/or national standards, guidelines or recommendations that address this concern. Use a minimum of one of these organizations: American Organization of Nurse Executive (AONE) standards, guiding principles or guidelines; Center for Disease Control (CDC); National Patient Safety Goals established by the Joint Commission, or any other professional organization with interest in this quality concern.
3. Review the literature to determine the statistical significance of the concern and any proposed action plans authors shared to address possible resolution of your quality concern. Provide a paraphrased summary of at least 2 literature or research articles applicable to the quality issue.
4.Define a realistic and feasible expected outcome you want to achieve to show successful resolution of the issue. Please follow this format: SMART- specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time specific.
5.Propose a specific action plan to address resolution of this issue.
6.Determine the most appropriate type of audit (e.g., chart review, observation, patient interview, etc.), and why is the best to use for evaluation of this quality concern
7. Devise an evaluation period that will give sufficient time to reach your desired expected outcome. Explain.
8.Provide a conclusion.
