Computer Crime. How are criminals using or abusing computer technology? Focus on one area such as corporate espionage or identity theft. Provide current legal and social information. Provide an ethical analysis that includes the rights and responsibilities of ALL stake holders (business, govt, individual, and criminal). Your normative claim should not simply state that computer crime is unethical and criminals ought not to do it (stating the obvious). Nor should your claim be that we ought to punish the criminals (too simplistic). A quality paper will contain a more sophisticated and comprehensive ethical analysis.
