You will write a short speech summarizing the experience of working on your research paper. You will write it as if you were going to present it to an Economics conference of your peers. Length: 150-200 words or about 1-2 pages double spaced. In this paper you will tell your audience three things: (1) your topic, (2) why you wanted to write about this topic or why it’s important to your audience, and (2) your experience or difficulties in researching the topic. The writing must be grammatical, clear, and concise. You will hand in this assignment just before Reading Break, on Nov. 3. It will not contain any references, quotes, or in-text citations.
