Wellness Goal

People who are successful at making lifestyle changes take time to write out specific goals and a plan of action. Review the various areas of your health. Decide how you would like to improve in the areas of physical activity, sleep, and diet/nutrition. List your present situation and specify your goals (what you want to accomplish) in measurable terms. Keep track of your progress, and make adjustments as needed. Review your goals regularly as we progress through the next four weeks.
