Organization and Management Problem Statement Comparison Paper Assignments; Researching a Problem

Your paper should include an introduction of the problem that includes a historical definition based on literature, a discussion of the current research in the field (last 5 years only), any possible gaps in literature and a section that addresses future questions that will need to be addressed and/or explored in research. This exercise will enhance your knowledge in your potential dissertation topic as well as help you to determine the research viability of the topic. This assignment will also help you gain familiarity with utilizing the staff and resources offered by the JFL Writing Center while assisting you in advancing your writing skills. INSTRUCTIONS This paper should draw on a minimum of six substantial journal article resources and will be 5 to 8 pages in length (not including the title page, abstract, or reference pages) observing all APA style conventions. You may use any articles or writings that you wrote about in your previous discussion forums in this course as well as new ones. Review the services offered and submit your paper for review and feedback using the service of your choice from the JFL Writing Center : Writing Center | Academic Success Center | Liberty University. The organization of your paper should be as follows: o Title Pageo Introduction: Gives an overview of your problem and discusses the organization of your paper. You would also include your historical definition here based on the literature. o Current Research: In this section, you will include identified themes you have found in the research articles that you reviewed. You will support each of these themes with your research articles. You will also identify current trends in the topic.o Future Questions: In this section, you will discuss the future research areas that were present in the articles you synthesized. You should list and discuss the problem and opportunities found in multiple articles to provide support. You should also identify and discuss any gaps in the literature as it relates to the topic. These should come directly from the research.
