The presentation will consist of a professional 25-30 minute analysis. You should use PowerPoint (or other technology) to create the presentation of the topic, and presentations should be professional and engaging. The student learner is expected to do ample research on a DEI topic and provide recent and relevant updated information. During your presentation, you are also expected to follow Bloom’s Taxonomy Guidelines, including a robust Literature Review.

The project should include
Introduction including your hypothesis statement; a full literature review
including studies relating to your topic, limitations of the studies, what
suggestion was made in each study
(see rubric); the methodology you used, and conclusions showing
implications to the 21st-century
workforce. What recommendations would you make based on
research?
Review at least one other students’ Project recordings
and respond to the following questions:
1. What are the most important concepts that you have learned from the student’s Project Review? Take this as an opportunity to reflect upon your perceptions about DEI.
2. What should be done differently as a result of the Project? Why?
3. What are the organizational best practices you have learned in the Project? What are the techniques you will encourage your company to utilize? Why?
