You also explain and draw a flow chart of how environmental laws and regulations are enacted, implemented and enforced. – Branches of the Federal Government: Identify the different three authorities (legislative, executive, and judicial) at the federal level. You explain their structure and roles in relation to environmental laws and regulations. – Other stakeholders: Analyze the roles of corporate and private businesses, and environmental NGOs in implementation of environmental laws and regulations in the UAE. You must analyze using actual examples of each stakeholder – Recommendations: Suggest operational policy measures that would help improve the cooperation and coordination between the government, businesses and environmental NGOs for the implementation of environmental laws and regulations.
