The research should include:
1. Background information sufficient to understand the topic
2. The major concepts and biological implications
3. Current research
4. A summary of why it is important to biology and/or public health
5. Include a worked cited section (In text citation). At least three primary research articles should be included.
Scientific review articles are also a good resource to research your topic. They provide information about the “big picture” as well as references to primary research articles.
