Changes in the team structure are mostly aimed at creating a way to address a challenge related to negative publicity (Grover et al., 2018). The poor reception that the firm has recorded over the past few months could be associated with the ineffectiveness of the efforts of the marketing team and the minimal initiatives of the managerial team to design a better way to sell the firm to the community. Changes to the team structures can be felt in the managerial teal the most (Rutkowska & Kaminska, 2020). The managerial team will be subjected to the demanding changes since they are the ones who carry the organization. The changes in the team structure will therefore focus on ways that the managerial team can be offered the right resources that will propel their view towards the firm’s operation. For the execution to be effective, specific roles need to be executed within the premises needs to be implemented. Aligning the job to strategy and communicating clearly to the managers and the employees will be the main roles to consider in executing the strategic initiative that will benefit the firm. With all the employees knowing what they have to do to project changes, it is worth noting that the intended changes will be attained.

The headcount will remain neutral after the implementation of the strategic initiative. The decision to keep the salary cost neutral is based on the fact that the employees are responsible for following the implemented policies and using the available resources to create a better organization. Training is one of the requirements that most organizations use in managing their operations. Several operations related to training will need to be considered to increase the knowledge of the employees and allow them to make the right decisions that will lead to improved performance. The employees’ resources include the human capital, materials, and tools to help them address all the organization’s needs. The employees will also be offered training that will equip them with the knowledge to decide the best approach to follow when dealing with all issues about the organizational operations. The employees will be further trained on the best behaviour they should follow in dealing with the community’s needs.

Collaboration among the employees is the most critical element of the people that needs to get right for the plan to work (Vuong et al., 2021). Therefore, designing the operations such that the collaboration level among the people in the premises is embraced and improved will propel the organization to greater heights and also allow them to follow the right strategies that may facilitate growth. In addition, collaboration among the employees will allow them to decide the most influential measure for seeing to it that all issues are followed correctly.
