Book Summary purpose – to examine how to achieve patient and workforce safety in healthcare as a form of compliance!
As you read the book notice how situations emerge, and lead to actions (problem, reaction, & solution).
Take time to understand how the health care system works and has evolved regarding the zero-harm concept for reducing harm for patients and caregivers.
Taking notes while you read will provide the content for writing these reports.
