Research the EHR implementation process for your selected facility type, using at least 2 credible sources. Include a description of the three key steps you feel have the most impact on the implementation process, identifying:
- Where the step takes place in the implementation process
- Researched findings noting the importance of the step.
(Example: Identify employee EHR-specific training as a key step. Describe the training process a hospital might have [generalized format], include when this stage takes place in the implementation process. Discuss why time and funding is an appropriate allocation for staff training on EHR use.)
Write a 2-3 page paper, not including title and reference page, which presents the 3 key steps of the EHR implementation process and details requested above and submit following the requirements below.

You must utilize at least three (3) credible sources for this project. The bulk of references should be peer-reviewed and from a credible source. It is highly recommended that you utilize the ECPI Online Library. Of your three sources, at least two sources should be evidence-based articles.

- Credible sources do not include Wikipedia, blogs, and other non peer reviewed or journal sites
