Very catchy and gives a good indication of content.
Accuracy of Description (4 Points)
Demonstrates a thoughtful and thorough understanding of the writing prompt and subject matter. This reflection can be used as an example for other students.
Value (2 Points)
The essay accurately identifies the main value promoted in the film.
Organization (2 Points)
Writing is clear and very well organized for subject matter with a fitting introduction and conclusion. Writer effectively uses transitions to connect ideas.
Language and Style (6 Points)
Except in cases when done creatively and poetically, sentences are grammatically correct and meticulously crafted with minimal use of filler words. There are no run-ons, fragments, or spelling errors. Vivid and expressive words used; Language is not marred by clichés. Right English idiom is used.
