Focus on the dimensions of the management process (planning, organizing, leading and controlling). Work in sequence of the process and define how a company circulates toward each process separately and in depth. SLO (1), (2), (3) and (4).
Explain the functions, structures, benefits, types, tools, and techniques of each process in that company.

Mention the achievements, problems, solutions made by the organization and your recommendations for a better future for them.
