What degree of prevention best describes this program? Could any other degrees of prevention be applied? Why or why not? Hamby (2006) refers to “spillover effects” as a concomitant impact of some programs. What do you see as being the potential “spillover effects” of this particular program? What are the challenges to evaluating a program like this? As a program manager, how might you look to assess the impact of Cut It Out?
