N.A.R. and community activities in your summary. In addition, you may also include your reasons for seeking to be a candidate. Candidate statements are limited to a maximum of 200 words. Live links are permitted in your candidate statement and will be included in the 200 word count.
I’m a real estate broker, 30 years in the industry. Currently on C.C.A.R. Board of Directors, Budget & Finance and Forms.
I am well versed to serve as a REALTOR® Association Treasurer having served as President & Treasurer of another REALTOR® Association, President of WCR Delta, C.A.R. State Director for the last 16 years, C.A.R. Strategic Planning & Executive, holder of 8 designations , a master’s degree and member of a School Board.
I have also served many years on the Professional Standards Committee and have earned the trust of my fellow REALTORS® to oversee the Professional Standards Hearings as Presiding Officer. That same trust I promise you as your Treasurer.
I have led and guided to success various plans of actions while serving the last 18 years in over 100+ leadership positions throughout my tenure. These roles have provided me with opportunities to gain vast experience, knowledge, and understanding of our industry, clients’ needs and of the community. I firmly believe that the exposure, knowledge, and achievements have put me in a unique position to qualify for Treasurer of CCAR.
