Green Oil Production and Its Potential to Transform China`s Economy

Abstract

This report focuses on the positive effects of green oil development in China, as well as the activities involved in balancing between human, financial, physical and natural capital for better health of the citizens. It also explains the important participants in the change from pollution to a clean air environment, including the government, health organizations and the NOCs.

1. INTRODUCTION

In the past years, the economy of China has grown and developed to a point of helping the citizens live out of their poverty. The country has shifted their investment into human capital to ensure that people live better lives away from pollution, and reduced life expectancy due to issues such as a greenhouse or global warming. This has then enlarged the field of green jobs. In most production companies, human and natural capital are not attended to as compared to the physical category(Zhao et al., 2018). This is what hinders the protection of the natural resources leading to degradation of the surrounding, depletion of the available natural resources and the natural capital. China has ted on people so that it may protect the society hence improving its security over the value of life. China has considered giving equal attention to the physical, financial and natural capital to protect the quality of life of human beings around the company through the use of efficient production means as well as rials with less influence on all these capital kinds. This has been achieved through the focusing onto renewable energy sources and also use of the advanced technology that has high security for the environment which has improved the health and also the economic system of the state.

2. PROBLEM ANALYSIS

a. Statement of the problem

Political control over the quality of production and the consideration of the company towards the quality of human beings is a common problem and challenge in most industrial countries such as China. This leads to the overexploitation of the resources of nature leading to depletion and also degradation of the environmental resources (Mao et al.,2019). Disstortment of the energy prices and included materials towards protecting the non-renewable materials has led to the excessive use of resources hence pollution. Since China is one of the countries that participate in crude oil, agricultural and animal products, its endowment is skewed over the human capital. Therefore the industrial structure of the country brought in high levels of carbon emissions and pollution which have contributed to the lagging of the endowment structure.

b. Statement of Purpose

Both natural and human capital are direct impacts to the physical capital and they are direct critical contributors to economical growth. China has had to invest in people leading to security over human beings. The political law has considered social inclusion as a way of protecting nature and the environment through investing in people by enhancing better training. The development of the government of the country is what has led to the use of clean energies in the production companies, hence promoting the culture of green oil(Chen et al, 2020). Expansion of human capital in the state has been concentrated to the improved skilled operation which is the opposite of the labour-intensive production means leading to green development by the reduction of pollution and using. The state has also invested in improved infrastructure plans such as hydroelectric power, which has changed the way of production as well as the waste materials of the production processes.

3. CAUSES OF GREEN OIL

The orientation of the investment into green oil has changed. This is what has changed the physical capital hence its reallocation in the present and the near future towards the green oil state of the country. Secondly, the government has changed its behaviour towards its support over the green oil economy(Chen, 2012). It has based its fiscal investment to be consumed overtraining and public health considerations to increase the accumulation of human capital. Thirdly, the government has also considered imposing its environmental tax on the discharge of pollutants hence reducing its effect of polluting the environment.

4. EFFECTS OF GREEN OIL

There is no immediate effect due to the change of the political government. However, this is a situation that will improve the productivity state of secondary production in the industries. This means that the industry will then be higher in producing and also competing with other related industries( Wang, Qiang, & Wang, 2020). The companies will then increase the level of employment as well as higher profits due to the winning of many customers due to their improved quality of production. There will also be an increased share of the green fields. This is about the ratio of employment and the sectors in the state economy. This will then lead to green employment over the citizens hence the promotion of human capital. Moreover, this is a situation that will improve the welfare of the citizens. The life expectancy will be improved due to reduced issues of air pollution that would lead to early deaths hence reducing life expectancy.

5. IMPROVING GREEN OIL PRODUCTION

The National Oil Companies in China are concentrating on balancing support over the decarbonization of the urban centres. This is to improve the agenda of the security of energy. Since the country imports more than 40% of its natural gas, it is aiming at developing effective plans of producing its carbon gas, hence achieving the neutrality strategies that motivate green production. The companies are also shifting from the use of oil to gas in their production, to change the climate of the state by changing the quality of the air for the betterment of the citizens. The companies are also aiming at producing a high quantity of natural gas, which is a substitute for methane and call emissions to the atmosphere, which is harmful to the survival of human beings(Yang, To, & Huang, 2020). The NOCs are also considering producing beyond natural gas and oil. This is because the fossils will remain as their issue, but still, the companies have to expand their plan on operating to adapt to ways of decarbonising the environment for cleaner air and atmosphere. The companies have implemented technologies as a way of investing in low-carbon energy, hence saving human life.

6. CONCLUSION

In conclusion, China is one of the countries that have been able to solve its industrial problems effectively. This has also been with the support of the improved technology, through which the state has been able to produce its natural gas that does not have as severe effects as when they use oil in production. The country has worked towards balancing both human, natural and physical capital for welfare and also improved the expectancy of the of human beings. The effect of the government stepping in to improve the production methods as well as the materials used has also enhanced the success of the green development.

7. RECOMMENDATION

The state government should consider setting rules for the production companies as well as setting limits on what raw materials to use as well as the specific technology to use, to reduce the use of non-renewable energy resources that lead to negative impacts on the life of human beings. The NOCs should also ensure that they supply natural gas to the production companies, as a way of taking care of human life and health.
