Item #1 – How Stressed Are You?
For this activity:
From the Custom BIO216 A&P of Wellness textbook:
Go to the Managing Stress Chapter. Complete Lab #1 activities
Either scan your pages or take a picture of your pages (make sure it is clear and legible). Create a WORD document and embed the scanned/pictures.
Once all parts of the assignment have been completed and added to the WORD document, submit with a proper APA formated title page using the link provided.
Item #2 – Sleep journal
Track your sleep, emotions, stress.
Add this page (in the correct order) into the WORD document you created with Item #1.
Item #3 – Reflection on Sleep
Give a one-two paragraph thoughtful reflection on your sleep habits.
You should think about the following (but don’t answer them specifically- this is more like a journal entry for you to analyze your behaviours and patterns).
What did you notice about your sleep patterns over the last 6 days?
What changes can you make to improve your sleep?
What strategies have you used in the past to help?
How does your mindset through the day impact your sleep patterns?
What effect does exercise play? Does time of day you workout matter?
Caffeine and/or alcohol effects? Time of day?
Are you awake during the night? Why? What do you do to fall back to sleep?
Enter the reflection into the document you created for Item #1.
