Choose an organization with which you are familiar, and discuss the following:
Interview a manager who has been involved in change in his or her organization. This could be one of your classmates who is or has previously been a manager.
Ask him or her to describe the change, what he or she was trying to accomplish, and what happened.
After the interview, describe the processes of the change, “what” was being changed, and “how” things were changed.
