Black women are the foundation, backbone, heart, and soul of the black community and American society. I was watching a TikTok addressing the trauma that comes with being a black woman in America. Over the years, black women have been taught to change their way, from hot combs to code-switching. We\u2019ve been called unapproachable, unprofessional, and angry. One significant thing I pulled from that 60 second TikTok is that black women shouldn\u2019t have to be strong anymore.
