There needs to be alignment of the goals between the beat cops, and the supervisors, etc., all the way up the chain of command. <br \/>Write a 250-300-word rationale defending your goals and vision statements. Defend your rationale with research. <br \/>Be sure to cite three to five relevant scholarly sources in support of your content. Use only sources found at the GCU Library, government websites, or those provided in Class Resources. <br \/>This assignment uses a scoring guide.
